There are a ton of rumors going around right now about liquor stores closing up shop for the week now as well. Thanks to some great investigative research by TSP all-star @SL0W_LORIS, we now have an up-to-date picture of what the liquor stores’ schedules are for the remainder of the week. Remember, this is as of right now, so it’s obviously subject to change:
Hamilton – not sure yet – might close tomorrow
E. College (Benner pk) – closed Saturday only
N. Atherton – open today and tomorrow – not sure about the weekend yet
S. Atherton – not closed at all
It’s disgusting that this post even needs to be made. The town thinks we’re a bunch of 8 year olds. Worst case scenario, we’ll be hosting a TSP convoy to Bellefonte and Boalsburg to their liquor stores. Long Live State Patty’s!
UPDATE (Feb 20 at 7:30 PM): According to the twitterverse, all SC liquor stores are closing at 6 PM on Friday and will be closed on Saturday. I went today around 3:30-4 and there was no one there and plenty of Jameson. So that might be a good time to go. Long live State Patty’s!
