As for Billy Davis?
- Davis was the LB’s coach at Cleveland and ran the 3-4 defense, something he will seemingly bring to Philly.
- Davis is 47, born in Ohio, went to Cincinnati for college, and coached on a ton of teams. Wikipedia here.
- His dad worked in the Eagles front office before as well:
Davis was LB coach in Cleve past 2 years. Also was DC for Cards (2009-10) and Niners (2005-06). Dad, Bill Sr., once worked in Eagles' FO.
