First, Penn State was ruled ineligible to play in bowl games. My initial reaction was ok that sucks, but now i don’t have to awkwardly flip back and forth between PSU and The Winter Classic.
Now, The National Hockey League has officially cancelled this years outdoor game. This just compounds the shittiness that is now New Years day. This is just an awesome event to watch, even if the Flyers aren’t in it.
This year, I will be forced to watch the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl between Northwest Illinios State and Central Northern Michigan Tech.
This just sucks…
