Kevin Sbraga’s Sloppy Jose (located in club level)- a short rib and chorizo sandwich topped with queso Chihuahua and slaw, served with homemade chips
Pass Interference Sandwich (section 109)- South Philadelphia-style roasted pork with arugula, fontina cheese, garlic jus on a seeded Italian roll. (We are making one without cheese for Angelo)
Italian Market Nacho (all nacho portables)- Homemade sausage Bolognese, mozzarella cheese sauce, house made ricotta and fresh jalapenos on a bed of corn chips.
