We forget to mention this yesterday, so we will do it today.
Michael Vick signed a contract with the Eagles on August 13, 2009, exactly three years ago yesterday (I’ll never forget that day. I was at the game when the Eagles signed Vick, and it was my first and only appearance on SportsCenter).
As we head into another Eagles season with Mike Vick as the starting quarterback of this football team, while he has impressed us both on and off the field at times, the Eagles have had a disappointing last three years to say the least. I’m over the dog-fighting off the field shit when it comes to Mike Vick. I forgave him. I put that stuff away. Fine. But as far as on the field shit goes, well frankly, Vick has a lot to prove this season.
