Genuine personal sympathy for the Reid family is humane and deserved. A forced, public, moment of silence is wholly inappropriate...

@ > I suppose. But by this logic, any star player for the Eagles who loses a family member deserves the same. Where does it end?

No, Steve. That is absurd.

Ps. I didn’t hate the Redskins, until right now.

a moment of silence for Steve Czaban’s disregard for human life. or would that be wholly inappropriate?

  2. I actually agree with this man as an eagles fan. Respect to the family is expected but a moment of silence to basically a junkie should not be forced upon a stadium. He had a lot given to him in life and took advantage of it. Only reason he was on as assistant coach was because daddy was coach. Where is the line? If they did this for every member of the teams family losses, we’d have a moment of silence every game for Vicks dogs.

I agree with Czaban. Why should we be forced to have a moment of silence for a convicted felon that overdosed. The fact that Philly did it is laughable, that’s why the rest of the country makes fun of the stupid people of Philly. Garrett Reid didn’t value his own life, so I couldnt care less that he died.
