[CSNPhilly] According to a TSN report, the Flyers have signed defenseman Shea Weber to a 14-year offer sheet worth upwards of $100 million.
The Nashville Predators have seven days to match the offer for the restricted free agent.
Weber, 26, totaled 19 goals and 30 assists for 49 points last season as he was voted runner-up for the Norris Trophy as the league’s top defenseman. For his seven-year career, Weber has 99 goals and 164 assists.

It’s hard to fathom this kind of shit. Gotta love being a fan of this team. Holmgren is never afraid to spend money, and as a fan, you have to appreciate that. He wants to win a cup. Shea Weber, immediately, makes the Flyers a favorite to contend for the Cup. And I love it. Hey, it’s not my money.
