[SB Nation] After a lengthy battle that lasted all throughout spring camp and into June, Penn St. Nittany Lions coach Bill O’Brien announced Matt McGloin will again serve as PSU’s starting quarterback, beating out Rob Bolden and Paul Jones for the job.
Go get ‘em, Matty Mac. Hopefully this ends the QB controversy immediately so that I don’t have to explain to my mom/drunk girls why having 2 quarterbacks is worse than having 1 quarterback again.
Also – Curtis Drake is no longer with the team according to B.O.B. Seeing as he sent McGloin to the hospital a couple of months ago, it’s not much of a surprise.
